WernerCo’s BoSS® QuickPod steals show at Travis Perkins Hire Innovation Day

Leading access solutions specialist WernerCo gave attendees at the Travis Perkins Hire Innovation Day (Wednesday, 10th July) an event to remember, after demonstrating its newly launched BoSS QuickPod solution.
WernerCo, a long-time trusted partner of Travis Perkins Hire, used the annual ‘Innovation Day’ to showcase the podium, which is the UK’s most compact and lightest low-level mobile podium for a range of applications.
Travis Perkins Hire’s Managing Director, Adam Caulfield, even got in on the act; using the BoSS QuickPod as a podium from which to address event attendees!
The newly launched foldable podium has been developed ease-of-use at the fore. With a focus on safety, the podium features a self-closing safety gate and guardrail, ensuring 360-degree protection and enabling professionals to work facing any direction. What’s more, the podium is quick and easy to set-up, and even folds flat to minimise the storage space required and making it easy to transport on and off site.
Boasting folded dimensions of 1.94m x 0.85m x 0.27m for ultimate compactness, the podium also offers a platform dimension of 0.55m x 0.59m and a standard working load of 150kg.
Both designed and manufactured in the UK, BoSS QuickPod, is certified to the latest BS8620 standard and offers a range of features that prioritise the user’s comfort and safety.
